Refund policy

📦 Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer easy exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

  • Only size or style exchanges are allowed. Refunds are not issued.

  • If the desired size is not available, we’ll issue you an Eliaki credit note, valid for 6 months.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Without any stains, perfume, or damage

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at care@eliaki.com or WhatsApp us within 10 days of receiving your order

  2. Mention:

    • Order number

    • Product you want to exchange

    • New size or style you want

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address

🧾 Please note: In case reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we may ask you to self-ship the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

💳 Credit Note Terms

  • Credit notes will be issued via email

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Can be redeemed only on our official website — www.eliaki.com
